For hotel F&B and front-office teams

Know tomorrow's breakfast before the first guest arrives.

Upload the breakfast or package report your PMS already exports. Check the parsed rooms and guest counts, then run service from a live room grid shared by the host stand and kitchen.

Check the parse first. 14-day trial. £29/property/month after day 15.

Illustrative dashboard: an Oracle Opera breakfast report parsed into 42 expected guests, 27 arrived and 3 walk-ins, with a room grid showing each room's arrival status. Sample data only.

Illustrative sample data

Breakfast service often starts from a printed list.

Static spreadsheets

The PMS report is printed or opened once, and doesn't change as guests come down.

Sunny Side turns the same report into a room grid that updates as arrivals are recorded.

Uncertain arrivals

It's hard to see at a glance which rooms are still to come, partly seated or done.

Each room shows waiting, partial or all-arrived, with VIP rooms flagged.

Host stand and kitchen apart

Front of house and the kitchen work from different pictures of the morning.

Both see the same live attendance, expected guests and walk-ins.

How it works

From PMS export to live service in three steps

  1. Step 1: Upload

Drop in the breakfast or package report from your PMS as Excel, CSV or PDF.

  2. Step 2: Verify

Review the parsed rooms and guest counts. Nothing is saved until you confirm.

  3. Step 3: Run service

Mark arrivals on the live room grid while the kitchen follows the same numbers.

What you get

What the morning team can see

  • Room status

Every room marked waiting, partial or all arrived, at room level.

  • Walk-ins

Recorded separately as hotel guests or outside visitors.

  • VIP and late rooms

VIP rooms stay visible; filter to rooms still waiting.

  • Search and filters

Find a room or guest, or filter by floor and status.

  • Live attendance

Arrived against expected guests, plus walk-ins, as service runs.

  • Package and occupancy mix

Breakfast-package mix and room occupancy views for the team.

Works with report formats from…

  • Fidelio Suite 8
  • Oracle Opera
  • 1C Service Plan
  • Logus Meal Forecast
  • Sonata Packages
  • Cloudbeds Breakfast Report
  • Generic CSV

These are report formats the product reads from exported files. They are not formal integrations; your PMS stays the source of truth. Upload yours to see how it parses.

By role

One morning picture, four ways to use it

Host stand

Search a room or guest, mark arrivals and log walk-ins as hotel guests or outside visitors.

Kitchen

Follow live attendance against expected guests instead of guessing from the door.

Manager

See package mix, occupancy and attendance views shared across the team.

Front office

Keep exporting from the PMS as usual; the breakfast report becomes the service list.

FAQ

Questions before you upload

Does Sunny Side replace our PMS?

No. Your PMS remains the source of truth. Sunny Side reads the breakfast or package report you already export from it and manages breakfast service alongside it.

What files work?

Excel, CSV and PDF breakfast or package reports. Report formats shown by the product include Fidelio Suite 8, Oracle Opera, 1C Service Plan, Logus Meal Forecast, Sonata Packages, Cloudbeds Breakfast Report and generic CSV.

Can we verify the data before it's saved?

Yes. After upload you review the parsed rooms and guest counts before anything is saved.

What can staff track during service?

Room-level arrivals with waiting, partial and all-arrived status, VIP rooms, floor and status filters, room or guest search, and walk-ins recorded as hotel guests or outside visitors. Live attendance, expected guests, walk-ins, package mix and occupancy are shared across host stand and kitchen.

What does pricing include?

A 14-day trial, then £29 per property per month from day 15, as currently shown by the product. A card is only requested after you've checked how your report parses. There are no plan tiers on this page.

Where is our data stored?

Please confirm data-handling details from the product's current privacy and security documentation.
